im contemplating to call it sick tomorrow.
my whole body is aching plus bad cramps now.
but what will my classes do? alr so behind time and plus sec 1s having end of term test on wed.
hai. endure.

2 days of taking care of the booth is no joke!
1st day 730 to 830 inclusive of setting up.
i even had to eat my macs meal on the way back home cos i had no time to eat dinner.

2nd day slightly more settled. kids are more outgoing but they still need a little bit of nudge.

sidetrack a lil bit, your enthusiasm and creativity surely decreases with age.
well, maybe only for my school.

anw, 2nd day was like running around everywhere.
the walk from the carpark to the booth at least 10 mins and i made at least 4 trips in a day.

nonetheless, good experience and really glad i could be there to soak in the atmosphere and see tweety bird after 1 whole week!

end of league. ended with 3rd position cos of GD.
we totally need to revert back to table format! round robin and then play offs!
bah. the top 3 teams all have same pts and its a three way tie. no clear winner.

we played awesome against litto.
litto played great against owls.

probably time to totally pay attention to my fitness and strength training for my knees.
had some talk this morning by sports doc in sch.
again, the doc makes me think tt its the end of my sporting career.
and suddenly my sec sch fren who's a physiotherapist msg me to ask hows my knee.

her suggestion dun need see doc cos normally doc asks u to do op since thats the way they earn $.
so, im gonna be serious bout my strength training if i stil want to play for next season.

started with LTC. 3 days spent in school-all around spore-pasir ris park-changi adv centre.

then off to vietnam AGAIN for cip. im getting sick of tt place.
nt as meaningful as last year. the kids are not very well taken care of eventhough the orphanage is getting quite a lot of donation.

after that back for 1 day host for yog course. yawnz.

weekends were about dim sum and more dim sum!

gosh. gonna abstain from it for a couple of months at least.
this is the 3rd time in a month.

went to yan palace after sat morning exercise.
i did my 2.4k while waiting for tweety to do his coaching and then was too busy watching the soccer kids training to continue my own training.
u10 kids are doing agility stuff and dribbling and juggling and much more.
amazing! im gonna send my kids to that soccer school next time.
super nie standard in terms of coaching which was really good.

evening was floorball training. not too tiring.

sun went dimsum place again cos it was uncle's bday.
better food but too much fried food alr. too jelak in the end.

and it was mostly spent reading the curious incident of the dog in the night time.
finally finished 1 book in 1 week's time. normally, i took months to finish reading 1 book.
its very interesting story bout how this autistic boy thinks.

and yah. hopefully i made the right decision.

wore my 1st ever asics shoes to sch yesterday.
and on the way to office to punch card, i stepped on chewing gum. suay no 1.
1st period in class. i stepped on gooey mentos while sitting at my desk. suay no 2.

my bike died this morning. suay no 3.
stupid hard disk refused to be detected after million tries.
i gotta start comp and plug hard disk first before it can read. suay no 4.
having bad cramp whole day. suay no 5.

all these plus irritating kids have no sense of urgency in whatever they do.
during modular cca and then the enterprise thing.
urgh!

n now bike just got towed and i dont know whether it can be ready by tmr.
wth is wrong!!
i just spent like 1k plus 2 months ago to repair it and now it just died again.

it was madness rush just to enjoy the free spa yesterday.

my work is never ending!!! plus yesterday was the first time my ice cream stall opened in school.

gosh. i cant stand the vendor. might as well i do the work myself. dont need to hire anyone if im still so busy.

anw, yah.

got this voucher plus 2nd person got to go for 33 bucks.

and we booked it looong time ago and kept on postponing cos again work is never ending.

but voucher is expiring so we just gotta make time for it.

its quite an experience eventhough not as enjoyable cos the massage was too painful!

im aching big time stil now. the best thing was the locker room with free jacuzzi and steam bath and of cos none pestering us to sign for package.

shall put some money aside when im richer to sign up for spa package.

good way to relax in midst of everything.

how not to be angry when u coach such players. how to be encouraging.

i think the room is more or less ready but i stil have tonnes of things to shift and i dont think there is any more space left.
the storage under the bed is filled to the brim already.
and i threw away damn alot of things alr.

im afraid they'll fall asleep even more.

crazy day!

3 pe periods then floorball game then back for SPA test then napfa test.
luckily i had understanding heads. so did half half for my afternoon stuff.

but the day passed quickly cos my girls did really well! (eventhough we lost)
2nd period even won 1-0!
perfect 0! no goals conceded!

today was crazy.
3 hours of teaching before rush for C div competition.
the stupid game delayed! so was really rotting in match venue and trying to keep the girls focus.
its difficult.

and i have 2 piles of tests to mark.

fri evening spent at cafe iguana and walking round spore river.
its great! i love the free flow of chips and the margarita.
the food not that fantastic though. maybe ordered the wrong one.

sat morning spent at sentosa taking pics of hball youth boys doing pt.
then off for training which i truly appreciate since i have been coaching the whole week.

sun spent reading book and doing up room.
it looks so much more like a room now.

5 more days to another weekend.

mon - wed : friendly training friendly and prepared notes for my new sec1s.
thu - fri : full day course. i dont understand the efficiency of these courses. they should do sth bout it if they want us to take course to upgrade ourselves.

my only break time was dinner with sec sch friends on thu and dinner with tweety on fri.

sentosa on sat morning to help to take pics of the final day of training of the youth handball. its raining but the kids stil played until so happy. how i wish my sch team is like tt.

and sun was tenses. its madness 5 games with only 2 lines.
tired and aching all over but happy. been so long since i played with no pressure and did pretty ok.
even trainings are stressful now. i put too much stress on myself. shall snap out of it so i can play better.

march holidays??
i have no holidays!
first 3 days filled with friendlies and training. thu and fri full day course. I REGRET taking it during the hols! shud have just taken during sch hours. bah.

anw, gotta be more disciplined and prepare for next term stuff.
shall finish up with sec 1 stuff tmr first.
and then sec 3 since i'll be busy x10 with c div and i gotta shift my stuff bit by bit since i have no time to do it when june comes.

so happy! got proper queen size bed finally with super storage space at the bottom. just need to lift the bed up and walah, full size compartment for my stuff.
first half of sunday wasnt pleasant at all though.

shall sleep and prepare myself mentally for the first ever friendly by the girls.
i just hope the other team doesnt whack my team too hard.

and yah! titans 1st proper training yest! so happy eventhough i suck big time.

i just have to say its the attitude of the younger generation.
if they cant think for themselves. motivate themselves. be proactive. so be it.
theres only so much we can do.

yesterday was worst day of my life.
got stuck in batam for 5 hrs cos no ferry ticket til 7pm. luckily theres a mall opposite the terminal. so spent my time lugging my luggage everywhere to shop and watch movie.

ferry was quite fast compared to going home tt time.
but it was stuck at harbour front there for like half hr cos no place to berth!
my gosh. so near yet so far and so i got bad seasick thanks to that.

n then Q at custom was horrible. the Q i was at took 10x slower than anything else.
i ended up last few.

n then evening was a blur with head spinning, vomitting.

stil gotta drag myself out in morning cos i couldnt help to abandon my form class today and of cos floorball kids.

i feel like taking mc tmr. my sore throat has developed to flu and my head feels really heavy but common test's coming and i have x2 coaching tmr. sigh. the prob with not having 2nd teacher in charge for your cc.a.

happy side. spent my short but fulfilling cny with family!

i cant carry him more than 5 sec now.

it finally happened.
gosh. scary. thats y im not going near any of this.
having 1 boss is more than enough.

seriously pulling my hair out trying to think how to make my girls learn doubly triply zillion-ly fast!!
some stil cant differentiate forehand backhand. kill meeeeeeee!

brought them to watch apac game which was proven useful.
objective to inspire them to train hard checked.
team bonding. triple checked. (they were making too much noise)

got them to write notes. things to learn. things they want to learn. goal for individual/team. (some goon wrote 15 goals/30 goals. -_-'')

i hope they r more motivated.

and i just had my health screening today. i gained 2-3kg!!!! gosh!
n seriously i dont eat much nowadays lo. its the age. metabolic rate decreases with it.

did run at ECP on sun morning and went to sch gym after work today.

1st day of proper school has been good! i hope this continues.
tue is siong day with only half hr break til 2.40pm.

getting used to the pace of school, the snoozing of alarm in morning, the fatigue by mid of the day, feeling hungry but theres really nothing nice to eat in sch but still have to eat and many more.

its gonna be a good year nevertheless!

its been tiring and actions packed day.
from admin work to painting banner to last min finalising on resources before my 'godma' gone for camp.

my feeling? it wasnt so bad after all. my form class is good. helpers for banner painting were good. and so many students greeted me happily on 1st day. Main reason was probably because i was in formal attire. its like something new to them eventhough i think i wear formal like at least 3 times alr.

and i think im suffering from some sprain at the side of my foot cos of the heel strap.
weak.

putting so much effort in my cca day hopefully turns out well.
my list of things to do is never ending.

less than 24 hr to sch reopen and im aching like crazy from yest's hit around.
its been looong time since i feel the ache. may sound sadistic but i miss playing!
jogging often is totally not improving my stamina cos i jog super slowly. hah.

my 4 action plans for this year: (as per teacher's term. not resolution!)
1) stay positive in school
2) put my all in managing and coaching the new team n learn as much from combined sch coaching
3) eat healthy (cut down chocs/chips, eat bfast regularly, eat meals on time, start drinking milk regularly) and exercise 3 times a week
4) train hard to play better floorball

n so christmas ended with no feeling of xmas festive at all.

did walk past town area but the mood was really not there.

hope for 1 white xmas in my lifetime. it'll be nice.

ah well. n it just struck you that when xmas ended, sch term officially started.

it's been loooooong past 3 days packed with meetings and course.

time passed by like super slowly. my colleagues also agreed so its not just me alone.

thats aside, evenings spent meeting up the girls!

all bout gossips, proposals, proposal n wedding rings, house renovation.

anw, attended nice n cosy wedding over the weekend.

by far one that i like the best. simple, casual and cosy minus off the rain.

i like the decor! plus bubbles blowing and polaroid taking.

my prezzies! the much needed formal watch and massage thing but not really helpful.

went to body show at clarke quay which was totally lousy.
gonna go for the sci centre one when i have the time.

this was one of the 3 fully body exhibits. the rest are just organs. bah.

and this is after i tested my body fats thats 24.7%!! the healthy range is 17-24%. 0.7% overweight but BMI only 21.3.

totally dont understand.

whatever it is, i have 2 kg of fats to cut to get into healthier range.

family outing variety show is just too funny.
laughing my head's off like mad woman watching it.
its good show to destress myself and forgetting any unfinished work and troubles.

i hope i have packed enough clothes which i doubt so since my luggage is only 11 kg and i only brought 1 jacket. (i only have 1 jacket!!) gonna go there get if way too cold.

have to take train down to airport myself.

will take my own sweet time since its evening flight.

Not really cheap trip considering $ spent on the domestic flight but i think its worth it!
would really love to go back there again to just relax and enjoy the beach since everything is relatively cheap like the sea sport, massage, food!

Day 1- arrived in manila at 10 plus. headed straight to sofitel and just couldnt resist the 10m long buffet. it cost 70 plus per person but since we have 50% off so bout 35 each. stil not so bad.

the range of dessert. i tried 2-3 only. tooo full!

went to Intramuros cos supposedly all the historical sites but got political gathering! scary.

visited the cathedral and Fort Santiago. after a while, decided to go to Makati but nothing much to and went back hotel early.

Day 2 - Ready for Boracay and just laze around.

Saw this just after tweety's friend mentioned bout this story where 1 family got detained just because the mom trying to explain to the daughter y need to take off shoes in airport. stupid!

the 32 seater plane. its first come first serve! if u reach earlier, u can take earlier flight means not much waiting time!

finally reach boracay! after transferring from caticlan by boat. all the boat fee is alr included in airtix.

sunset. really nice. but lousy cam cant justify it.

dinner day 2 of 250 peso buffet. it was not so good deal when we walked around somemore the next day.

Day 3 - island hopping on sailing boat for bout $25/person for 4 hrs. did snorkelling and visited private island called Crystal Cove.

our sail boat. The water was very choppy that day until tweety got seasick.

1st stop at some beach. practised snorkelling before our actual one where we can feed the fish too!

crystal cove cost 6 bucks to enter to see the place.

really cool sand castle and only cost tip for effort.

dinner day 3 - much better with live music and better dessert.

Day 4 - last 2 hrs in Boracay spent taking pics and last min suntanning.

the weather was getting bad when we were leaving. lucky.

reached Manila and headed to Mall of Asia for eating, shopping!

they even have this! even roti mum from spore (claimed to be best bun in spore. sure or not!)

done for the day! n headed back to spore the next morning.

and im off for japan tom!

i hope its not too cold for me. i cant take cold at all!

I have to finish at least 2 levels by this week before I can leave in peace for my hols, well, eventhough my excitement to go manila n japan has died down. work is still work. who wants to be bogged down by it.

feeling rather overwhelmed by things that i have to do. sci load settled. not sure bout pe. prob wont know anything til end of the yr.

im getting tired of being unhappy and taken for granted.

my cheapest overseas trip ever!
spent 120 usd for the 6 days.
stocked up on pe attire of total 6 tops and 2 shorts. it costs average 4 sing dollar.
n bought 1 real shorts from adidas outlet cost 16 bucks.
n 2 massage trips.

totally worth it.

been busy packing. cos tmr i have invigilation the whole day. yeah. 3 papers. gonna fall asleep lor.

anw, bought 80 bucks worth of stationaries to be given out. its like 1 whole box of it!
plus packing own clothes. normally i'll just bring shorts and singlets if im visiting such places.
but since going with sch, i cant wear so casual. so troublesome.

anw, been feeling really lethargic.
and im gaining weight. too tired to keep up with fitness regime!

feel quite lost of time and date after 3 day camp and 2 weekend out for hball league.

amazed by their sch culture.

but some too stressed out boys were struggling to tie the string at the end of the paper.

10 fibs we all tell and how to stop

After reading the title of this article, your first thought was hopefully, "No, I shouldn't lie at work." Upon further reading, however, you'll realize that try as you might; everyone lies in the workplace.
Remember when you told your boss you liked his tie, which was obviously hideous? Or when you told your co-worker you were working late, when you really just didn't want to ride the train with her? Both are lies.
Clearly, these minor fibs aren't hurting anyone, but they aren't helping, either. So why lie in the first place?
"While some people actually intend to be deceptive, many lies [are told with the] intention to do well or to avoid rocking the boat," says Marsha Egan, president of The Egan Group, a professional coaching firm. "Others occur when people try to avoid the boss noticing a mistake in performance, or covering for some other behavior that could hurt their career. Many workers have the mistaken impression that a small white lie can't hurt."
They're wrong.
Timothy Keiningham and Lerzan Aksoy, co-authors of "Why Loyalty Matters," say although it's tempting to lie, even just a little, you run the risk of losing peoples' trust, or even your job.
"It's easy to say, 'Everyone else is doing it, so I'll do it, too.' It's much harder to take an ethical stand and insist on honesty. Lying, however, is almost never in anyone's interest and should be avoided," Keiningham and Aksoy say.
To lie or not to lie
The occasional white lie is usually harmless, but most experts say it's easier to be honest from the get-go.
B.J. Gallagher, a workplace consultant and author of "It's Never Too Late to be What You Might Have Been," says almost everyone lies at work at one time or another, usually in situations where they fear consequences for telling the truth.
"Is this lying OK? It depends on the context. In general, honesty is the best policy. If you tell the truth you don't have to worry about being caught in a lie, you won't have to tell more lies to cover up the first one and you won't have to carry the burden of deception," Gallagher says.

10 common fibs

Here are 10 little white lies that we often tell in the workplace, why we tell them and what we should say instead.

Lie No.1: I'd be happy toTruth: This is the last thing I want to do.Say this instead: "Tell your boss that you would be happy to help him/her with the task, but you need to find out more about what the task entails. At this point, share your concern," Keiningham and Aksoy say. If you need more time, ask for an extended deadline; if you need resources, figure out what you need and be prepared to ask if it would be possible to acquire these.

Lie No. 2: My alarm didn't go offTruth: I was out late last night and didn't actually hear my alarm go off.Say this instead: "Lies about tardiness only work once or twice. If you repeatedly use the alarm clock excuse, or the traffic excuse, then your boss and others will catch on and you'll lose credibility -- or worse," Gallagher says. "If you are generally a punctual person and happen be late once in awhile, it's best to fess up, apologize and promise not to do it again. 'I'm so sorry. I didn't allow enough time to get here this morning. I apologize. I'll make sure I allow plenty of time from here on out.'"

Lie No.3: I don't have any questionsTruth: I totally don't understand what I'm doing, but don't want to look stupid.Say this instead: "When you are totally confused about something, saying that you have no questions will not gain you points with the boss," Egan says. "Most times, the boss can see right through this. Be honest and admit that you may be confused, and that you will get your questions together, or spend some time reading the material so that you can answer your own questions."

Lie No.4: Everything is under controlTruth: Everything is not under control.Say this instead: "An alternative to this might be: 'We seem to have hit a rough patch -- can I get your advice?'" Gallagher suggests. "If you can enlist your boss's help in solving whatever problem you're having, you can actually strengthen your relationship with him or her. Sometimes, admitting weakness and asking for help is actually a sign of maturity and strength."

Lie No.5: I just got your voice mailTruth: I got your voice mail a week ago; I've just been avoiding getting back to you. Say this instead: "Many voice mail and e-mail systems have the capability of disclosing when items are heard or viewed, therefore this behavior is risky," Egan warns. It is much better to not say when you received it, but just, "I am responding to your voice mail," or "I received your voice mail Friday and am just now able to respond to it," she says.

Lie No.6: Let's get together soon!Truth: I have no intention of getting together with you ... ever. Say this instead: "Why people say [this] to someone they never really intend to meet or who they don't like is beyond me. Not only do they set off false hope, but by not meeting with the person, they have not delivered on a promise," Egan says. "Say, 'I'm glad we had a chance to meet,' or 'thanks for your views on this subject.'"

Lie No.7: I was thinking the exact same thingTruth: I was thinking something totally different, but I want to seem agreeable.Say this instead: "What makes breakthroughs and change happen is creativity in thinking and helping others see a viable different perspective," Keiningham and Aksoy say. "If you have a valid reason for disagreeing, then collect the evidence and make your point heard. Sure this is a risk, but as the saying goes, nothing ventured, nothing gained."

Lie No.8: Oh yeah, I've done that beforeTruth: I have no idea what this project is, or how to do it.Say this instead: "Can you honestly learn the skills to complete the task in time for the deadline? If so, then go ahead and acquire the skills or ask someone for help to get the job done," Keiningham and Aksoy say. "If there is no way to learn everything you need in a reasonable timeframe, then you need to be honest and either ask for an extension or transfer the task onto someone else."

Lie No.9: I'm sickTruth: I need a day off.Say this instead: "There are two primary reasons that employees abuse sick time and lie to avoid work: They have a lousy relationship with their immediate boss, or their work is repetitive, boring, unchallenging and mind-numbing," Gallagher says. "If employees are calling in sick when they're well, the boss needs to take responsibility and do something to address the real reason that employees are lying." If you want a day off, request one.

Lie No.10: This will only take a minuteTruth: This will take forever.Say this instead: "While it may be wishful thinking on the boss's or co-worker's part, discussions rarely take only a minute. Make a truthful assessment of about how much time you think the discussion will take," Egan says. "It is better to say, 'I'd like to discuss ABC -- I think it should take only about 10 to 15 minutes; can we set a time to discuss this?'"

too many complaints for the day.

we were at this topic on how rude, self centred and irrensponsible kids nowadays AGAIN.

a few eg.
- taf period: students dont have the initiative to set up their own net to play. they only want to play, dont want to set up dont want to keep. everytime have to say/scold many times to get things done.
- pe period: no initative to help teachers to keep equipments. spend 5-10 mins just to ask them to settle down.
- in class: they have this new game called toilet paper bomb. take rolls of toilet paper, soaked in water and throw at ppl. the cleaners nowadays are ever ready to clean after them.

these are just some eg on top of the usual like scolding vulgarities and all.

whats the world becoming to.

its sad to say that i think some foreigners still respect you.

a real good eg on how bad influence the locals are as said by 1 colleague:
this indon boy used to be very courteous to teachers. at the end of yr 4, he's totally out of hand.

i cant remember what i did except for back to school for cca, suntan for whole morning while seeing they got thrashed by other school. really can puke blood. hopefully they can wake up.

this whole week has been great!

Monday was x country plus celebration. Received lots of presents from students! Never feel so happy before. Stuffed myself with all the cookies, muffins and chocolates. so love!

my table was filled by the end of the day. =)

finally got to hit around!
happy! it was really whoever can come down just come down to make up the number.
it beats having to jog which i really hate!

these few months gonna be broke to the bone.
paid for income tax, jap trip tix, insurance.
and more to come cos i just booked the domestic flight and resort at boracay.

i hope its worth it!!
total about 600 plus for just 3d2n at the beach.

dec gonna busy from 1st to 16th all the way!
phillipine --> sentosa (for the yog course camp) --> osaka!

and should be going to vietnam for cip in oct/nov.

happy! for now gotta concentrate on school!

friday again!
no lessons cos of common test but i have remedial.
colleague asked to take mc cos i was coughing quite badly in sch but it seems ok alr now. he said that noone appreciates even if u sick and stil come to school. true to some sense but i have remedial la. cant throw the students aside.
dont think i'll take mc la. not sick enough.
will only take when im like dying.

other than that school has been pretty fast this whole week.
it just seems a lot of scolding and lecturing the kids. bah. whats new.
talk til saliva finish also dont think my msg sink in.

i have lots of things that i need to do but just cant seem to do it efficiently! urgh.

the work review thingy which i dont know what to write.
reading up on how to teach softball.
reading up on stacks of science books given by hod.

boo. but been obsessed googling on boracay cos im goin manila in dec!
its nicest beach in phillipine by the way.
super white sand. i think as close to maldives as i can get.
dont care. gonna go there no matter how.

a little hiccups here and there and not forgetting not so pleasant encounter in the midst of very busy fri morning. bah.
my life gonna be hard from now on.

didnt get to enjoy the carnival at all cos i was stuck in hall ref-ing fball games. boo.
but nonetheless, glad its all over. learnt a few things and next yr gonna be smoother.

with my form class. the most guai and supporting class one can ask for.

and the visit to the observatory was totally foiled by cloudy day.

its 1st day of icg only and i reached home at 7 pm! thats 12 hour work.
and now im stil doing work to prepare for tmr.

anw, super angry. some students been taught the wrong way of playing fball. and they so stubborn at it. i had to raise my voice and ask them to play the PROPER way.
feel like boxing the culprit lor.
excuse me. its fball not ice hockey so no hitting of sticks when face-off.
and u freaking cant lift the ball when face off.
we playing pingpong or wat.
bah!

my back aching like mad now.
carrying benches up to form the rink is no joke.
i hope the om dun make noise cos we left the benches in the hall.
its impossible to carry up and down for 5 days!!

too much durian paste n cake! boo. but its very yummy!

the laksa steamboat. more like all veg cos its ala carte n its not cheap! nothing special. would rather eat arts canteen laksa yong taofu.

yuck! i didnt eat this. sat at this table before its cleared. so gross! not 1! 2 somemore. and the shop selling it like still selling as per normal. dont tell me they didnt get complaint.

this upcoming week gonna be busy with the interclass games going on.

anw, another thing to show that we are all moving to next phase of life.
the news of pregnancy and 1st month baby party! my gosh!
its scary isnt. just scanning through feednews in facebook, at least 2-3 on babies.
hah.

too much food for past few days eventhough i managed to do proper exercise 3 times a week last week. 2 jogs and a tennis session. thats on top of the playing game session with my students.
but the laksa steamboat and hotel buffet totally cancelled off all the exercise!

had gastric pain but not too bad. luckily it subdued after first lesson. was quite happy with my day. all went well.

bah!
just cant get past the 1 hr barrier!! timing for today's run is 1hr4min as of my watch timing.
just cant get 1hr! maybe if i start training properly, i shud be able to run faster but it'll nv happen. too lazy to train properly! haha. or i can start running with the netball kids every training. hmmm..

anw, had wedding dinner the night before at conrad and the run was around there.
should have asked the couple whether i can bunk in since the dinner was the longest ever! ended at 12 can!
came back with 2 blisters thanks to the heels, a bit headache thanks to the wine.
but still survived today.

its week 4!
week with full load since cca starting alr.
just lemme survive.

im just done doing up fixtures for sports carnival.
super complicated and detailed.
seriously not sure whether its worth the effort of doing so detailed by looking at last yr's.
just wanna make sure everything in order.
but i really think there are gonna be some classes who dun even bother to turn up.
it's so gonna ruin everything.

n new ideas dont seem to be well received.
sigh.

im missing today's daily dosage of talking bout my day.

how contradicting.
i was telling my class on the importance of having purpose in life for SEL lesson when i myself not sure what's mine.

n some of them can give me very profound answers like wanna learn to be the best and be the best. woo.this is seriously good class by the way. if my other classes that i teach are just like half of them, i'll be very very grateful.

as mj memorial is playing on tv, its probably time for me to think whats mine.

side note: its kinda sad how many people are remembering him now only when he's gone. human nature of tending to take things for granted until something happens.

my purpose in life is to stay happy, be filial to parents, touch ppl's lives for now.

and what have i done so far to achieve this?
hmm.
playing fball keeps me happy so yah wont retire at least for another season. (will really take care to keep knee in shape)
calling my parents often to see how they r.
trying to give my best in my job now.

giving my best for now is like working at least 12 hrs a day until im getting this bad backache and earning like maybe $10/hr.
haha. ok. really not complaining.

enjoy my work much more than moto days.

i kinda survived the 1st day of my next 3 years career.
still feeling i could still go on at close to 6pm when some colleagues announced that its gonna rain so better go back home.

im totally earning my salary now allright.
6am to 6 pm job plus work from home after that!
noone's allowed to tell me that i only play and get paid!

the siong part i could feel my lactic acid from yest's game when i was climbing up n down 3 storey 3 times at least in 15 mins.
1st to go to the class, forgot sth, went back staff room, went back up, 2nd time went back down to give the attendance of temperature taking to office, went back up, went back down again to give some forms to the office.
by then i was totally feeling like i couldnt survive the rest of the day.
but i made it!

some hiccups here and there which i hope to clear up tmr.

now life's gona be mundane esp after this week cos league's gonna end!
back from sch - feed fish - play some games - nap - eat dinner - watch tv - do some work - sleep

what kind of auntie life is this??

ok. i better exercise 3 times a week even after league. dun want to end up like sherylS.

hols officially over.
been going back school since yest.
yest got called up for urgent meeting regarding the babi virus.
was full time call operator and postman lor.
its good that m.oe is kiasu about this.
better be safe than sorry but its just super troublesome! stupid virus!

today was back to learn how to use the online platform.
ended up teaching some of the senior teachers how to do.
feel like IT man.

anw, remisniscing what i did in june.
quite a lot fulfilled. thankful for that. im learning to be contented even i still complain here n there.

paintball session, shopping trips (eventhough it can be frustrating cos cant seem to find that i can fit!), my bday bbq! and anniversary trip (to local places!).

i hope im fully recharged for the coming sem eventhough its kinda overwhelming now with so many things still unprepared.
bah.
one step at a time.
